Help Get Thomas to Camp!!
NLSS will be hosting a fundraising Coffee House / Bake Sale on Tuesday, June 14th in the NLSS Cafeteria. Doors open at 6:30 pm. All funds raised will go towards getting Thomas to camp this summer.
Thomas is registered to attend Camp Kennebec in Arden, Ontario from July 3rd to August 13th. Camp Kennebec is a non-competitive inclusive summer residence camp for young people with ADHD, learning disabilities, behavioural needs and ASD. Programs focus on life and social skills for youth and young adults.
Estimated costs for this opportunity will be $10,000.00.
Coffee House will be open to any and all performers. Please call the school at 336 – 2900 and talk to Curry Gray or Clint Hamilton, if you are interested in performing. Also, any donations of baked goods would be greatly appreciated.
