NLSS Recognizes May 5: National Day of Mourning for MMIWG2S
May 5 is the National Day of Mourning for Missing & Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2 Spirited persons. NLSS is recognizing this day through displays in our school cafeteria and an informative bulletin board in the downstairs hallway. NLSS also recognizes victims with a red dress symbol on the map in our main hallway. Please see pictures of the displays at NLSS to recognize this important day:
